Who runs HandHub Stats

HandHub Stats is run by Zoran Radojević, a private individual in Luxembourg ("we"). Contact: stats@handhub.eu.

These terms apply to every use of the site and of an account. By creating an account you accept them.

What the service is

Statistics of the handball leagues shown on the site, computed by us from official match data. Without an account you can see the start page, these terms, the privacy policy and the page on how we count. Everything else needs an account with active access.

Where the data comes from

Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and North Macedonia: Sportinfocentar, under licence. Slovenia: the RZS system of the Handball Federation of Slovenia, under licence. Luxembourg: the results service of the Luxembourg Handball Federation (handball4all), under licence. Germany: Handball360, the results service of the German Handball Federation (DHB), under licence. The statistics of all four sources are used under licence.

The match data belongs to its providers. The statistics are computed by us; how we count is explained on the page "How we count".

Your account

You need an e-mail address of your own and must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password to yourself.

One account can be signed in on at most 3 devices at a time, for example a coach and an assistant of the same club. Signing in on a 4th device signs out the device used least recently.

Access

Every new account gets 7 days of free access to every country, once per e-mail address.

After that, access comes from an access code we give out. A code adds its time to the access you still have, or starts it when your access has run out. A code is for the person it was given to and cannot be exchanged for money.

Packages for one country or for every country will follow. Nothing is paid today; prices and payment terms will be published here before anything is charged.

Fair use

Use the statistics for your own work and your club's. Quoting single numbers with the source "HandHub Stats" is fine.

Not allowed: copying the statistics automatically or in bulk, publishing them or large parts of them in another site, app or product without our written permission, sharing an account beyond its devices, and any attempt to get around the sign-in, the access rules or the site's security.

Accuracy and availability

We check the numbers against the federations' own and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise that every number is complete and correct, or that the site is always available. The site is provided as it is.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken on the basis of the statistics. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights a consumer has by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in "My account", or have it deleted by writing to stats@handhub.eu. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable.

Changes

We may change these terms. Account holders are told of important changes by e-mail or on the site before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may go to its courts.
